General terms and conditions for the purchase of items through Greenified


1. These purchase terms and conditions (“Purchase Terms”) apply when you as a trader (“Client”) place an order through (“Greenified”).

2. As Greenified is an online store intended for traders, you will need an F-tax card and to provide your company’s corporate ID number in connection with the purchase.

3. Purchase agreements are entered into between you, the Client, and Input interiör AB, corp. ID no. 559150-6349, Fältspatsgatan 2, 421 30 Västra Frölunda, Sweden (Input interiör AB, including all of Input interiör AB’s subsidiaries, hereinafter referred to as “Input interiör”).

4. We endeavour to ensure that all information on Greenified is up to date and correct, but in exceptional cases incorrect details may appear. Input interiör makes reservation for and reserves the right to correct incorrect details linked to price, stock balance, misprints in product descriptions and other incorrect details on Greenified.

5. All intellectual property rights on Greenified belong to Input interiör or the licensor. Content such as trademarks, images, product names, descriptions, layouts, graphics, etc. are protected by copyright legislation and may not be copied or used without written consent from Input interiör or the licensor.


Agreements and orders

6. In order to complete a purchase on Greenified you must accept these Purchase Terms and confirm that you have read and accepted the information on the processing of personal data.

7. When you place an order on Greenified, a purchase order is sent to Input interiör. On receiving the purchase order, Input interiör will confirm receipt of such an order in writing by sending an order confirmation to the e-mail address you supplied during the order process.

8. A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as you receive the written order confirmation. We ask that you read through the order confirmation carefully as it contains important information about your purchase and delivery times. If details in the order confirmation are incorrect in any way, please contact the sales representative indicated on the received order confirmation immediately.

9. You have the option to cancel your items with a full refund up to the point at which you receive a written order confirmation from us.


Prices and payment

10. All prices on Greenified are in EUR and exclude VAT. Charges for additional services, such as shipping and assembly, are also payable.

11. We offer payment by invoice with payment terms of 15 days net following an approved credit check. The invoice is sent as a PDF to the e-mail address you supplied in connection with the order. In case of late payment, a reminder fee is payable, as well as interest on arrears in accordance with details provided on the invoice.



12. Delivery terms and conditions, including delivery time and delivery cost, accompany the relevant order confirmation.

13. If the delivery time is longer than that stated in the order confirmation, we will notify you of this as soon as we become aware of the delay. Input interiör is not liable for delays occasioned by you or a third party, and which are beyond our control.

14. The risk for the item transfers to you at the time you receive or collect the item.

15. When you receive a delivery, the goods must always be checked for transport damage. Any transport damage, such as damage to goods, damage to packaging or missing packages, must be recorded on the carrier’s consignment note and be signed by both you and the carrier. If damage is not discovered until the item is unpacked, a damage report must be submitted to Input interiör within 5 calendar days (delivery day included) of you receiving the item.


Reservation of ownership

16. All items ordered by you remain the property of Input interiör until we have received full payment.


Processing of personal data

17. Both parties are entitled to process necessary personal data regarding the other party’s contact persons in connection with the agreement, including names and contact details. The purpose of the processing is to allow the performance of the parties’ respective obligations and cooperation under the agreement, such as administration of the contractual relationship, submission of information and other communication. The parties’ processing of personal data is based on a balancing of interests to fulfil the respective party’s legitimate interests in managing and administering the contractual relationship. The parties are obliged to ensure that their employees whose personal data is to be processed have received information about the processing of personal data.

18. Input interiör is the controller for its own processing of the personal data of employees of the Client. Input interiör saves the personal data only, as a starting point, during the contractual relationship. However, processing may take place for the additional time necessary if there is a legal obligation or agreement to save the data, or for Input interiör to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. When the personal data is no longer required for these purposes, Input interiör will in a secure manner render the data anonymous or erase the data. A data subject has the right to request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data concerning him or her. Furthermore, a data subject has the right to request information about whether Input interiör is processing any personal data about the data subject and, if so, to request access to the personal data concerning him or her. In the event of a complaint about the processing of personal data, the data subject has the right to apply to a supervisory authority. In addition to the aforementioned rights, the data subject, when prescribed by applicable data protection legislation, has the right to request restriction of processing, the right to erasure, the right to object to certain processing of personal data, and the right to data portability. Changes to the Purchase Terms

19. Input interiör reserves the right to make regular changes to these Purchase Terms. Updated Purchase Terms will be published on Greenified and apply to purchase transactions entered into after the update.


Applicable law and dispute resolution

20. Swedish law, irrespective of its choice of law rules, shall apply to the interpretation or application of these Terms of Sale. In addition, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply to this Agreement. Updated Purchase Terms will be published on Greenified and apply to purchase transactions entered into after the update.

21. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms of Sale shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC). The Rules for Expedited Arbitrations shall apply, unless the SCC in its discretion determines, taking into account the complexity of the case, the amount in dispute and other circumstances, that the Arbitration Rules shall apply. In the latter case, the SCC shall also decide whether the arbitral tribunal shall be composed of one or three arbitrators.

These Purchase Terms apply to purchase transactions entered into after 04-12-2020.
